At Epiphany we support numerous missionaries both locally and around the world. Our support entails prayer and financial assistance. We enjoy a special Mission Sunday where we celebrate the works of our friends. We frequently have visiting missionaries speak of their work in bringing the love of Jesus Christ beyond the boundaries of our own parish.
Purpose of Missions Committee
To further the Great Commission as commanded in Matthew 28.19 through the following principal means:
- Actively helping Parish members to know about, and engage in, mission activities
- Encouraging Parish members to provide prayer and financial support for missions
- Wisely allocating Parish funds budgeted for mission outreach efforts
