This Week’s Sermon

Alvin Moore walks us through the weekly sermon scripture (gospel reading) and teaching as a means to deepen our understanding of this week’s Word and its relevance in our daily lives, not just on Sunday but for every of the week, forever and always. Alvin’s class is open to all ages, everyone who wishes to study the scripture lesson more comprehensively. Ideally, this will become a vibrant inter-generational activity to provide a richer understanding of the Good News of the Gospel. Meet in Room 201/202.

Spiritual Gifts

Elizabeth Hudgins discusses God's purpose in giving His church “Spiritual Gifts” and the nature of the individual gifts. This is definitely not the ‘check the box’ spiritual gift inventory you may have experienced before. Elizabeth will explain why God’s spiritual gift to you may not be the same gift you possess (or believe you possess) at home or work or play. Come to Room 201/202 and be prepared to be amazed, challenged, and blessed by God's equipping His church.
