The Rev. Robin Rauh, Rector
Robin came to the Church of the Epiphany in August of 1997 from St.
Stephen's Episcopal Church, Huntsville Alabama where he was rector for eight
years. He started as an associate rector in Holy Cross, Troy, New York in
1980 and then moved to Virginia where he served on the staff of Church of
the Apostles, Fairfax as associate and later interim rector. He is a
graduate of Univ. of Massachusetts (1973) with a degree in art, and holds a
Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological School, 1980 where his
biblical preaching style was formed and his love of scripture enriched. He
is an "x-rock and roll musician", painter and loves to ride his bike in the
great outdoors.

The Rev. Marion (Luke) Lucas, Associate Rector
The
Rev. Marion Lucas has been on staff as Epiphany's Associate Rector since
early summer 1998. "Luke" helped as a supply priest for 18 months before
joining the staff full time. His fulltime work prior to Epiphany was as an
Associate Financial Advisor for Rembert, D'Orazio & Fox. He served as an
assistant to the Rector at the Church of the Ascension in Knoxville, TN.,
and prior to that as Vicar at St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Goose Creek,
SC. He and his wife Pat have 3 children, Will, Ben, and Katharine. Luke's
favorite hobbies are music (drums) and golf.

The Rev. David (Dave) Welch, Parish Deacon
Dave joined the Church of the Epiphany staff following his ordination to the
Diaconate in October 2008. As a Vocational Deacon he serves as the Parish
Deacon and is also Chaplain for CANA's Missionary Bishop, The Rt. Rev.
Martyn Minns. Prior to his ordination Dave studied and was awarded
diplomas from The University of the South (Education for Ministry) and
Virginia Theological Seminary (Theological Studies). As a lay person he
served as a Verger, was licensed as a Lay Catechist and Lay Eucharistic
Minister and was a member of the Altar Guild. Dave is a retired Army
Lieutenant Colonel. He and his wife live in Clifton, VA and have three
sons, three daughter-in-laws and seven grand children. Dave enjoys
woodworking, reading and being with his family.

Babette Arnold, Program Director
Babette has been a member of the Epiphany staff since October of 2001. Prior
to joining Epiphany she was a staff member at Church of the Ascension in
Knoxville, TN and a volunteer in children's ministries at St. Michael's of
the Archangel, in Colorado Springs, CO. In addition to completing training
and working as a catechesis for several years she has developed and
instituted multiple children's ministries programs within Epiphany. She
directs the Sunday School and all in house programs for children as well
outreach programs for both boys and girls. Babette serves as the leader for
Surfin' Girls as a volunteer and truly loves working with children. She and
her husband, Brian, have two daughters and are thankful for the joy Church
of the Epiphany brings to their lives.

Jimmy Crawford, Minister of Music
Jimmy joined the staff in March of 2001 and is
originally from North Carolina where he served in several churches after
receiving a bachelor's degree in Church Music from East Carolina
University. He is married to Sheila and they live in District Heights,
Maryland, with Phoebe, Kitia, Aria, Amadeus, and Angel their 5 dogs. Other
than music, Jimmy likes to collect Coca-Cola memorabilia and fly RC
airplanes.

Robbie Pruitt,
Director of Youth Ministries
Robbie joined the staff in June, 2004, from Columbia, South
Carolina. In Columbia, he served as the volunteer Director of Youth
Ministry at Eastwood Baptist Church for seven years, and, for the last few
years, was involved in the leadership of Tommy's Interactive, an
interdenominational Christian outreach to the postmodern generation. He
graduated from Columbia International University, with a double major in
Biblical Studies and General Education, and with a minor in Youth Ministry.
Robbie's other interests include woodworking, camping ministries, hiking,
writing poetry, and enjoying the great outdoors. He and his wife, Irene,
are very excited to be a part of the Church of the Epiphany community.

Anne Bracy,
Executive Assistant to the Rector
Anne
has been a member of the parish since 1987 and joined the staff in July of
2001. Previously, she was the Manager of the Payroll Department at
Georgetown University for 20 years. Anne is married to Ken Bracy and they
have 4 grandchildren. Anne's favorite activities are walking (if you can
keep up with her), children and volunteer work at the church and WFCM.

Betsy Zimermann, Parish Secretary
Betsy joined the staff in May of 2001 and has been a member of Church of the
Epiphany since 1999. Betsy is married to Rick and they have two
daughters - Dory and Libby. Betsy is an RN, majored in early childhood
education at the University of Alabama and received her nurse’s training at
Sewickley Valley Hospital School of Nursing.

Janice Monaghan, Finance Administrator
Janice joined the staff in March of 2002. Janice and her husband, Don, have
been members of Church of the Epiphany since 1986. They have 2 children,
Mandy and Colleen.

Patrick Condemi, Building Manager
Patrick joined the staff in October of 2005 and has been a member of the
Church of the Epiphany since 2001. Patrick is married to Dana and they have
two sons – Benjamin and Simon. Patrick was born in New York City and was raised
in the South of Italy from age one to adult. He traveled to the States to
be with his grandmother in the summer. He has traveled extensively as a
tour director, assistant cruise director and a flight attendant. Patrick
loves to build and fix things – including his own porch – and has done all
of his own home improvements for the past four years.
