The Rev. Robin Rauh, Rector
Robin came to the Church of the Epiphany in August of 1997 from St.
Stephen's Episcopal Church, Huntsville Alabama where he was rector for eight years. He started as an associate rector in Holy Cross, Troy, New York in
1980 and then moved to Virginia where he served on the staff of Church of
the Apostles, Fairfax as associate and later interim rector. He is a
graduate of Univ. of Massachusetts (1973) with a degree in art, and holds a
Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological School, 1980 where his
biblical preaching style was formed and his love of scripture enriched. He
is an "x-rock and roll musician", painter and loves to ride his bike in the

The Rev. Peter Frank, Senior Associate Rector
The Rev. Peter Frank joined Church of the Epiphany with his wife Andrea, and daughter, Cecilia, in January of 2011.
Before joining Epiphany, Peter served as priest associate at Grace Anglican Church in Mount Washington, PA as well as communications director for the Anglican Church in North America and the Anglican Diocese of PIttsburgh.
Peter has a Master of Divinity degree from Trinity School for Ministry, Ambridge, PA, and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies and Religion from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN. A newspaper editor before attending seminary, Peter loves to tell the Bible's story of God's redeeming love for us in Jesus Christ.

The Rev. David (Dave) Welch, Parish Deacon
Dave joined the Church of the Epiphany staff following his ordination to the
Diaconate in October 2008. As a Vocational Deacon he serves as the Parish
Deacon. On April 26, 2010, he will be a Certified Fairfax Community Chaplain. Prior to his ordination Dave studied and was awarded
diplomas from The University of the South (Education for Ministry) and
Virginia Theological Seminary (Theological Studies). As a lay person he
served as a Verger, was licensed as a Lay Catechist and Lay Eucharistic
Minister and was a member of the Altar Guild. Dave is a retired Army
Lieutenant Colonel. He and his wife live in Clifton, VA and have three
sons, three daughter-in-laws and seven grand children. Dave enjoys
woodworking, reading and being with his family.

Nancy Hinrichsen, Director, Epiphany Preschool
Nancy joined the preschool teaching staff in August, bringing 30 years of experience teaching elementary and preschool-age children in schools in California and Virginia. Her specialty is developmental readiness, and earned a B.S. from Pepperdine University (Malibu, California) in Education and she has completed two years of graduate studies in education. Nancy and her husband, Tom, live in Fairfax and they attend New Life Christian Church in Centreville. They have two daughters, ages 22 and 14. Nancy looks forward to connecting with school parents and Parish members.

Diana Pino, Director, Children's Ministries
Diana has been a member of Church of the Epiphany for 23 years. Actively involved in children's ministry since joining the Parish, she has served as Sunday School teacher, VBS Director, nursery helper, and Christian Education Director. She also has five years of classroom teaching experience at an area Christian elementary/middle school. Diana has a passionate vision for strengthening families and children in the faith. Diana, and her husband Alan, have three children, all of whom are Epiphany children's ministry grads!

Jimmy Crawford, Minister of Music
Jimmy joined the staff in March of 2001 and is
originally from North Carolina where he served in several churches after
receiving a bachelor's degree in Church Music from East Carolina
University. He is married to Sheila and they live in District Heights,
Maryland, with Phoebe, Kitia, Aria, Amadeus, and Angel their 5 dogs. Other
than music, Jimmy likes to collect Coca-Cola memorabilia and fly RC
airplanes.

Matt Springmann,
Interim Director of Youth Ministries Matt is our Interim Director of Student Ministries here at Epiphany. He is a recent graduate of George Mason University, where he was involved with Campus Crusade for Christ all four years. He served as an intern with the youth program in the summer of 2010 and is thrilled to be back with Epiphany. Matt enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Abby, watching the Redskins, and playing his favorite board game Settlers of Catan.

Anne Bracy,
Executive Assistant to the Rector
Anne
has been a member of the parish since 1987 and joined the staff in July of
2001. Previously, she was the Manager of the Payroll Department at
Georgetown University for 20 years. Anne is married to Ken Bracy and they
have 4 grandchildren. Anne's favorite activities are walking (if you can
keep up with her), children and volunteer work at the church and WFCM.

Betsy Zimermann, Parish Secretary
Betsy joined the staff in May of 2001 and has been a member of Church of the
Epiphany since 1999. Betsy is married to Rick and they have two
daughters - Dory and Libby. Betsy is an RN, majored in early childhood
education at the University of Alabama and received her nurse’s training at
Sewickley Valley Hospital School of Nursing.

Janice Monaghan, Finance Administrator
Janice joined the staff in March of 2002. Janice and her husband, Don, have been members of Church of the Epiphany since 1986. They have 2 children, Mandy and Colleen.

Patrick Condemi, Building Manager
Patrick joined the staff in October of 2005 and has been a member of the
Church of the Epiphany since 2001. Patrick is married to Dana and they have
two sons – Benjamin and Simon. Patrick was born in New York City and was raised
in the South of Italy from age one to adult. He traveled to the States to
be with his grandmother in the summer. He has traveled extensively as a
tour director, assistant cruise director and a flight attendant. Patrick
loves to build and fix things – including his own porch – and has done all
of his own home improvements for the past four years.
